- 1 / 5By Beth ChoeI'm extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I've ordered from here a couple times for delivery and have been satisfied. However today I decided to pick up my order rather than have it delivered. When I got back to work with my order I opened the box and My order was completely wrong. I called and asked if someone could come pick up the incorrect order and give me the correct one. The guy on the phone said that I would have to pick up the correct order myself because it would take too long for a driver to get to my job. That being said I only work 2.2 miles down the road and he never said sorry for screwing up the order!!!! There was no offer of a full refund but he did say he could knock a few dollars off my next order... I don't know what made him think I would want to order from them again anyways. I called back later and asked for a manager and of course sat on hold so long that I just hung up. No one has made the effort to call me back either. I will never order from Backyard Grill again and I will be putting this review on yelp and other websites as well. They really shot themselves in the foot with the poor customer service.October 22, 2016
