  Place in poor conditions ,even menu is fade it.

  I just came here through the drive-thru I had a coupon for a Whopper meal for $5 the guy took my coupon and then lost it and charge me the full price of the meal.. when I questioned him about the coupon he said I'd have to come in and speak to the manager that was the only way that he could take the coupon.. so essentially he disregarded my coupon because he didn't know how to enter it in the register.. not only that I didn't get any napkins or straw with my order.. the manager needs to train his staff appropriately..

  very bad experience, the worst BK i have been to thus far. poor customer service, long wait time and on top of that MY CC INFO was Stolen from this location!!! cant trust any employee that works at this location. the absolute worst. wont be going to BK anymore.
