  These people have messed up my last three orders!! The last one, I had ordered steamed shrimp and veggies to be delivered. When they delivered my meal, they omitted the shrimp. When I called to complain, they tried to tell me I had to come pick up the rest of my meal. When I insisted they deliver it three calls later, they brought only the shrimp. At this point, the veggies were cold! What terrible customer service. I loved this place when they first opened but they've really gone down hill the past six-ten months or so! I'll be ordering somewhere else from now on!

  I placed a delivery order and since I have a food allergy, I am very very careful about ordering things that have onions or peppers in it. I ordered combination fried rice with no onions. The person taking my order read the order back to me and I repeated "no onions" when she said combination fried rice. When my order finally arrived, I spotted the onions right away and called them back. She said "you no say no onions" I told her that I repeated it twice. She finally said to bring it back. I had it delivered. If I had wanted to drive, I would have picked something up myself. After talking it over with someone else on her end, she said you want credit next time then before I could answer, she hung up on me. I called back and while not happy about it, they agreed to send me another order but at this point, I no longer trust them not to spit in it or something. I just wont order from them again and I'll make sure that other people know how their service is.

  Excellent service and delicious foods. The delivery was super fast! Best carryout Chinese food I ever have. Amazing!!
