- 5 / 5By John WilkinsonI went two nights in a row! Both nights, the main attraction was Longhorn's "Perfect Margarita" shaken table-side, and with the shaker left on the table. (The second night I had to ask the waiter to do this. He must have been new, but he made up for it by bringing a full shaker after the initial drink delivery, so our whole party got 1.5 margaritas for the price of one.) As for the food, the first night, I had the porterhouse, which was excellent. The second night, feeling that I should try something else--and not just another cut of steak--I had the buttermilk breaded chicken tenders, which were also excellent. The sweet corn fritters for $3 during "happy hour" were a pleasant surprise.July 06, 2016
